My name is Samuel Shepherd, and since starting my career in the automotive industry, I’ve been driven by one core belief: the customer always comes first.
I began as a salesperson, learning early on that success isn’t just about selling cars — it’s about earning trust, understanding needs, and creating a buying experience that feels genuine and memorable. Every handshake, every test drive, and every conversation taught me that people remember how you treat them far longer than what you sell them.
Over the years, that philosophy has guided every step of my journey. Through hard work, consistency, and a passion for serving others, I advanced through multiple roles and eventually became a General Manager for one of the largest automotive dealer groups in the United States. In this role, I’ve had the privilege of leading teams who share the same dedication to putting customers first — from the showroom to the service bay.
My leadership approach is rooted in listening and empathy. I believe that when we truly understand our customers and our employees, we can create experiences that exceed expectations. Whether it’s helping a family find their next vehicle or supporting a team member in their professional growth, my focus is always on building relationships that last.
